1.) FLEXIBILITY IN WHERE YOU CAN BE SHOWN HOMES When you work with me we can view homes in Polk, Dallas, Madison, Jasper and Warren Counties.
2.) MLS COOPERATING REALTOR® When looking for a new home you will be provided the widest range of properties available from land, homes, town homes, condos or acreage property listed by nearly any brokerage. We cooperate directly with all MLS brokerages.
3.) NON-MLS HOMES AND PROPERTIES If you’ve agreed to use me exclusively, we can enter into showing agreements with For Sale By Owners and flat fee listed homes. This service cannot be provided unless we agree to work together exclusively.
4.) EXCLUSIVE REPRESENTATION With Matt as your Exclusive Buyer Agent you can be sure your interests are protected and that you have skilled representation.
5.) BUYER DOESN'T PAY! Buyer Agents receive their fees directly from the seller, so you as the Buyer do not have to worry about REALTOR® fees of any kind.
6.) PERSONAL NEEDS ASSESSMENT We determine together your initial wants and needs, and discover what the most important factors are in considering your new home before we get started. We then re-evaluate these needs on an ongoing basis. This can include both financing and property qualifications. We work all the angles!
7.) DELIVERY OF LATEST LISTINGS AND PROSPECTIVE HOMES IN A TIMELY FASHION You receive properties that meet your criteria as soon as they come on the market (or) when I discover them if they are non MLS listed properties.
8.) ACCOUNTABLE AND ACCESSIBLE I answer my phone and returns client calls and e-mails throughout the day. We can also schedule ongoing times to discuss your search and properties so that you don’t feel neglected or left out of the process.
9.) HIGHLY SKILLED PROFESSIONAL I both list property and help buyers purchase property. I also hold five professional designations which insures you’re getting the best representation you possibly can. I am familiar with and adept at using all forms that will be involved in the transaction. Additionally, I have been in sales for thirty years which makes me a proficient negotiator and highly skilled customer service provider.
